Cheap PLR Articles

PLR should be less expensive than custom articles. By its very nature it is created to cost less by being sold to more than one buyer. However, lately I have been seeing some very cheap PLR articles. I don't mean inexpensive like $1 an article- I mean inexpensive like a dollar or less for four or five articles. How is that even possible? Can you sell it to enough people to possible be worthwhile? And on the buyer's end, is it worth it to buy it?

Your answers: Foreign writers. Yes. No.

The article packs that are priced so low are often written by Chinese, Filipino and Indian writers who write in English as a second or third language. Their articles are hard to decipher and harder yet to use for any marketing purposes. To use them, they must be rewritten by an English-speaking writer. Some buyers purchase the packs and then spend time reading and rereading them in an effort to understand them well enough to rewrite them. Others hire a rewriter to try to do the same.

So, in order to save time and money you buy PLR articles. If you then have to either spend an enormous amount of time to fix them or hire someone else to do the same, why buy them? In PLR as in everything else, you get what you pay for. If you're serious about what you do online, stay away from the bargain bin and go with professionally written content.

Using PLR Articles in Newsletters

One of the easiest ways to build and keep an email marketing list is to create an email newsletter that is sent to your list. It's a reward for customers who sign up for your list as well as a focal point for your email advertising. Using PLR articles in your email marketing campaign is an easy way to create the framework for your newsletter.

One PLR article can serve as the basis of a full newsletter by expanding the main points of the article or by combining two or three articles together into a longer piece. Intertwine a few marketing sentences that contain a link to you products and you have a complete newsletter. It all takes less time than writing a newsletter from scratch, and if you choose professionally written PLR content (such as mine!), you start with a solid basis for your email marketing.

Uses for PLR Articles

I have not added any articles packages to The PLR in a while now, but the sales of the packages have been pretty slow this year, so there are many, many more packages that are available for purchase. Some of the packages have been purchased only one or two times, making them practically unused. In fact, many people who buy PLR articles and ebooks end up not using them, making them much more unique than many people realize.

One of the packages that has only sold two times is the package of candle articles. These are meant to make it easier to sell candles through a website, to create Web or print materials to market a home candle business or to use as marketing articles for candle affiliate sales.

The current trend in Web marketing for people who want to earn money from monetized sites and blogs is to create a number of smaller niche sites that center on one specific topic. If you are creating a few of these niche sites, think about using one of my least-purchased PLR article packs in order to quickly create content that will draw in readers.

PLR Rewrites

I have the occasional buyer who comes through the site, The PLR, for PLR rewrites, but I often wonder if people just don't understand the deal they can get by doing so. If people did, I would likely be inundated with buyers. If you are a PLR article buyer who doesn't know about my rewriting service, here's how it works:

1. Choose the PLR package you want from the site and purchase it from the Buy button located underneath the package.

2. Go to the rewrite page, choose the rewrite package you want (4, 5 or 6 article rewrites) and purchase the rewrite package.

3. Receive the PLR articles immediately and the rewrites will follow through email within two days. That's it. I rewrite them all personally and send them through email in a Word file. If you would prefer a .txt file or you have some other special request, you can email and ask for it. Otherwise, you don't have to do a thing.

I literally don't know of anyone else online who has this service on their site, PLR or otherwise, and I don't know why it isn't used more often. So far this month I've only had three packages of rewrites purchased. I have to assume that either a) the word just isn't out yet about this deal or b) people are confused about how it works. I'm hoping that this post can help to take care of both of these issues in one swipe.

The next PLR article package will be about dogs. It won't be about any one specific breed- just dog behavior and care in general. I expect it to be completed by the end of the weekend.

Weight Loss PLR Articles are Available

Well, that took me awhile, but now that Christmas is over I can devote more time to developing new PLR articles. If you haven't checked the site, take a look at all of the PLR packages that are up for purchase. Some of them have never had a buyer and none of then have had more than a few. The site is still relatively new, so your articles will be a lot more unique than you think!
